Was well looked after throughout any problems I had, they were dealt with as soon as I asked to be seen.
Some of the members of staff were really kind and helpful.
Need to improve communication between hospital staff and other services. We were discharged without my baby being checked so had to go back in, left for long periods with dirty bedding and was not referred to breast feeding support. It is unlikely I would return to this hospital for subsequent pregnancies.
I'm unsure as to what this refers to. However, I have been seen by 2 lovely midwives since having my baby whom have helped ease my worries as a 1st time mum. The feeding advisor was also very helpful.
Lovely staff.
The health visitors and midwives were very caring towards you before and even more so after baby was here.
Kat from the Lime Green team is fantastic. She has supported me brilliantly with my wish to breastfeed. Even when my son wouldn't catch she has supported me with expressing.
My normal midwife has been on holiday so I have had a variety of midwives which I haven't liked.
There has also been a lot of miscommunication which means they haven't turned up for appointments.
Karen Purdy - On time, efficient and friendly.
Lime green Sally - very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding, has 'nothing too much trouble attitude.
Health visitor also on time and professional and very gentle with baby - Fiona Hamilton.
All staff were fantastic, they all looked after me. But the ward was so busy they didn't have enough time sometimes to do all they needed to. The NHS needs to get more staff, instead of taking them all away. Many thanks to the midwives and doctors for bringing my (my bundle of joy) son into this world.
It was an unexpected visit as I was booked in at city. They were full. All the staff welcomed us and were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience/labour. Many thanks to all the midwives and helpers :-).
Made me feel welcome, safe and looked after me really well.
Always checking up on me and kind.
I was nervous at becoming a new mum again and they reassured me fully.
